Self-knowledge and Meditation course

In this course we focus on the physical and mental aspects of a mindful life. We do a 2 hour class on Tuesdays, with includes an hour of physical practice and an hour of theory and interactive discussion on course contents. On Thursdays, we do a one hour class with emphasis on short practices that can be used in your daily life. The course contents include:

  • The basics of meditation
  • Discovering your values and your purpose
  • Increasing self-knowledge through mindful social interactions
  • Recognizing and sublimating your limiting beliefs
  • Using your qualities to reach your goals
